About SellerAide
Built by a reseller, for resellers.
SellerAide is made by Gwood, an Amazon and eBay reseller. It started as the tooling on his own desk. Every feature exists because a real buying decision, a real suppressed listing, or a real month-end reconciliation needed it — not because a roadmap said the category should have one.
Why it exists
Reselling hides its costs. You do not learn what a unit really cost you until the payout lands, weeks after you bought it, and by then the money is already spent. A listing can be suppressed with no warning and no email — impressions simply go to zero while the dashboard still says "active." And the books end up in a spreadsheet that nobody trusts by March.
Those three problems have the same root: the numbers arrive too late to change the decision. SellerAide moves them forward.
What it does
Paste an ASIN or scan a barcode and you get a BUY, WAIT, or SKIP verdict after real Amazon fees — not a margin guess with the fees left out. Describe a product and you get a marketplace listing written for Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or Facebook Marketplace, graded 0–100 against banned terms and structural rules before you publish it. Connect your accounts and your orders, fees, refunds, and cost of goods reconcile into a P&L that shows true net profit, not gross sales.
You can try the grading half without an account: grade a listing free. The plans cover the rest of the desk.
What it does not do
SellerAide does not run crawlers against marketplaces. Server-side data comes from the official APIs you connect and from licensed data providers, under the terms those programs set. The Chrome extension reads the page you already have open in your own browser, and never fetches pages in the background — the Privacy Policy sets out exactly which pages it reads.
It also does not send your buyers to an AI model. Listing content you submit does go to a third-party AI provider — Anthropic or Google — and we say so plainly, including the parts outside our control. Order and financial data does not. The exact commitments live on AI & Your Data and Security, and those pages control where this one summarizes.
How it is written
Gwood writes the guides from the same seat. When a guide lists a banned word or a fee, it is the rule the product itself enforces — the two are checked against each other rather than written apart.
