Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 15, 2026 · Last Updated: July 4, 2026
Welcome to SellerAide. By accessing or using our website at selleraide.com or our browser extension (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Account Registration
Some features of the Service, including saving listings, AI optimization, subscription features, brand assets, and marketplace integrations, require an account. Certain audit features may be available without registration. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Subscription Plans & Billing
SellerAide offers paid subscription plans. Eligible self-serve plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscriptions started through Stripe. Creating an account alone does not start a trial or subscription. To begin a trial, you must select a paid plan and provide a valid payment method through Stripe. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will automatically begin billing through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Refund and cancellation details are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. For billing inquiries, contact support@selleraide.com.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
SellerAide uses third-party AI providers to generate product listings, keyword suggestions, rewrites, A+ Content, brand assets, AI mockups, and related optimization content, and to extract fields from receipts, invoices, and bills you upload. Certain audit, scoring, and accounting features also use deterministic checks that do not rely on AI. Where the Service extracts document fields or computes expense, tax, profit, or inventory figures, those outputs are estimates for your convenience and are not accounting, tax, or legal advice; you are responsible for verifying them. AI-generated content is provided "as is" without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness, originality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before publishing it to any marketplace, posting it publicly, or using it in commerce. AI output may include factual errors, may reflect bias present in training data, may unintentionally resemble third-party content, and may not be suitable for your specific use case or jurisdiction. SellerAide is not liable for any losses, listing removals, marketplace penalties, or third-party claims resulting from your use of AI-generated content.
Product-research estimates. The product-research features (Sourcing Scout and Price Ceiling Analysis) present estimates — projected profit and fees, demand and monthly-sales estimates, listing-eligibility checks, and price-realization figures inferred from third-party market data such as observed stock and price changes. These figures may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong; marketplace prices, fees, demand, and eligibility change constantly, and inferred sales are approximations, not records of actual transactions. They are provided for informational purposes only and are not financial, investment, or purchasing advice. Sourcing and purchasing decisions are made at your own risk, and SellerAide is not liable for losses on inventory you purchase in reliance on these features.
We disclose the AI providers we use, the data we send to them, and our commitments around AI training in our Privacy Policy.
5. Marketplace Compliance
Amazon: You agree to comply with all applicable Amazon policies, including the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement, the Amazon Selling Partner API Developer Agreement (where applicable), the Acceptable Use Policy, the Data Protection Policy, Amazon Selling Policies, and the Amazon Code of Conduct. SellerAide is a third-party tool designed to assist with listing optimization but does not guarantee compliance or immunity from enforcement actions.
eBay:You agree to comply with eBay's User Agreement, eBay's listing policies, and the eBay Developer Program agreements.
Etsy:You agree to comply with Etsy's Seller Policy, House Rules, the Etsy Seller Handbook, and the Etsy API Terms of Use. SellerAide will not be used to publish listings that violate Etsy's prohibited or restricted items policies.
Facebook Marketplace:You agree to comply with Meta's Terms of Service, the Facebook Community Standards, the Marketplace Commerce Policies, and any local policies that apply where you sell. SellerAide's Facebook integration is provided through the SellerAide Chrome extension, which fills a listing into Facebook Marketplace's create-listing form from a listing you have generated in SellerAide. You are solely responsible for: (a) reviewing the prefilled content before publishing, (b) uploading photos, (c) clicking Publish, and (d) ensuring the resulting listing complies with Facebook's policies. The extension never auto-uploads photos and never auto-clicks Publish. SellerAide cannot verify the status of a listing on Facebook's side because Facebook does not provide a public seller API for Marketplace; any "published" status shown in SellerAide is self-reported by you. Facebook's anti-automation policies prohibit bulk or unattended posting; you agree not to use SellerAide or the extension in a manner that would violate those policies.
Other marketplaces: Where you use SellerAide in connection with Walmart, Shopify, or other marketplaces, you agree to comply with the applicable terms of those platforms.
Connecting a marketplace or accounting account. When you connect an Amazon, eBay, or Etsy account, you authorize SellerAide to access your own seller data through that marketplace's official API solely to provide the Service to you. When you connect a QuickBooks Online company, you authorize SellerAide to read your Chart of Accounts and post summarized settlement journal entries to your books via Intuit's official API, solely to provide the Service to you; for that data we act as an independent controller, not Intuit's processor. We use data obtained through these APIs only to deliver listing, analytics, and accounting features to the authorizing user; we do not use it to benefit any other user, for advertising, to train AI models, or in any aggregated or de-identified dataset. We do not request Amazon buyer personal data, and we do not access your existing QuickBooks transactions, customers, vendors, or bank data. You may disconnect at any time, and we delete the connection's tokens and cached data (and, for QuickBooks, revoke the tokens at Intuit) within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
SellerAide is operated by Pikewood LLC and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc., eBay Inc., Etsy, Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., Walmart Inc., Shopify Inc., Intuit Inc., or Keepa GmbH. 6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the Service to generate listings for illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited products, to scrape or extract data in violation of any third party's terms, to circumvent our rate limits, or to abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
Your Content. You retain ownership of all product information, images, brand assets, listings, and other content you provide to or generate through the Service (collectively, "Your Content"). You represent and warrant that you have the rights necessary to submit Your Content and to grant the license below.
License to operate the Service. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, transmit, display, and otherwise process Your Content as necessary to provide and improve the Service. This license includes:
- AI processing. Transmitting Your Content to the third-party AI providers identified in our Privacy Policy (currently the Anthropic Claude API by default, and the Google Gemini API as an alternate) so they can generate, refine, audit, analyze, or extract data from content on your behalf — including any receipts, invoices, or bills you upload to the document inbox for field extraction. Both providers are bound by commercial API terms that prohibit training their models on customer inputs and outputs.
- Marketplace & accounting integrations.Transmitting Your Content to marketplace APIs (currently Amazon, eBay, and Etsy) when you direct us to create drafts, update listings, or import your existing catalog and listings on your behalf; and, when you connect QuickBooks Online, posting summarized settlement journal entries to your books via Intuit's API. QuickBooks data is never transmitted to any AI provider.
- De-identified, aggregated analytics. Generating de-identified, aggregated statistics about how the Service is used (for example, average score deltas, popular marketplace selections) for our internal product analytics. Aggregated statistics cannot be associated with you or with any specific listing. Data obtained through marketplace APIs (including Amazon Information) is never included in any aggregated or de-identified dataset.
No public reuse of your brand assets. We will not publicly display, publish, or include your brand assets (logos, photos, brand-identity materials) in our marketing or case studies without your explicit written permission. The license above is operational; it is not a content-marketing license.
No model training. We do not use Your Content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate AI models, and we contractually require our AI sub-processors not to do so under their paid commercial API terms.
Termination of license. The license above ends within 30 days after you delete your account, except where retention of specific items is required by law or by the Privacy Policy's retention table.
Our Platform. SellerAide, its design, features, branding, source code, scoring algorithms, marketplace profile configurations, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly perform, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service, except as permitted by applicable law.
Feedback. If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the Service, without any obligation to compensate you.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerAide and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, marketplace standing, account suspension, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SellerAide and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) Your Content, including any claim that Your Content infringes a third party's rights or violates a marketplace policy; (c) your violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party rights.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we will handle your data in accordance with the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of Delaware. Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of its intellectual property rights.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
