Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
No. You pick a plan and pay at checkout. The free listing audit is the taste of the product — grade any Amazon or eBay listing at /audit without an account, then subscribe when you want the rest of the desk.
How am I billed?
Monthly by default, on the card you enter at checkout. Yearly is ten months for twelve: pay once and save two months. You can switch between monthly and yearly from Billing.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Open Settings → Billing and use the Stripe billing portal to cancel, change plan, or update your card. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
What counts as a listing?
One listing is one AI run on your account: generating a listing, optimizing or rewriting one you imported, a title-variant or translation pass, or a brand-studio run. The deterministic QA score, exports, and the free public audit do not count. The counter resets at the start of each billing period, and a run that fails gives the slot back.
Which marketplace connections are included?
Every paid plan connects the same accounts. Amazon, eBay, and Etsy support listing generation, publishing, and order and fee sync. Walmart connects for accounting only. Shopify has no connection yet. Facebook Marketplace listings are written for you to paste.
